Prohibited and Hazardous Materials Policy

Effective Date: March 17, 2025
Last Updated: March 17, 2025

Deliveri is committed to ensuring safe, compliant, and legal transportation of goods through our courier partners. To safeguard people, facilities, and shipments, this policy outlines materials that are strictly prohibited or classified as hazardous. Our policy aligns with and incorporates the specific rules set forth by our partners: DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Any attempt to ship materials in violation of these policies will result in immediate suspension and permanent banning of services, as defined in our Zero Tolerance Policy below.

Why This Matters

Safety first
Hazardous materials pose significant risks to our employees, customers, courier partners, and the environment. Safety is our top priority, and it is imperative that we prevent any potential harm that could arise from mishandling these items.
Legal Compliance
There are stringent regulations governing the transport of certain materials. Non-compliance can result in severe legal consequences for both the shipping company and the sender.
Operational Integrity
Prohibited items can disrupt our operations, cause delays, and lead to additional costs. Adhering to these guidelines helps us maintain a reliable and efficient service for everyone.
