At Deliveri, the safety of our employees, customers, partners, and communities is paramount. In support of this commitment, Deliveri enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy for any customer actions that violate our Hazardous Materials (HazMat) Compliance Standards.This policy defines prohibited conduct, outlines Deliveri’s enforcement rights, and affirms our authority to take immediate action—up to and including account suspension or termination—without notice or recourse.
Applicability
Deliveri collects and processes various types of personal data to facilitate our Services. This information is provided by you directly, collected through automated tracking, or obtained from third-party integrations.
This policy applies to all Deliveri customers, including but not limited to:
- Businesses using Deliveri for shipping, logistics, warehousing, or delivery services
- Individuals or organizations acting on behalf of an account holder
- Third-party agents who interface with Deliveri systems, transport, or personnel
All customers are expected to fully comply with Deliveri’s HazMat policies, terms of service, and applicable laws and regulations governing hazardous materials.
Prohibited Conduct
Deliveri maintains zero tolerance for the following violations:
- Unauthorized Shipment or Storage: Submitting, shipping, or storing hazardous materials without proper declaration, packaging, labeling, or prior written approval from Deliveri.
- Failure to Disclose Hazards: Failing to identify, report, or misrepresent hazardous contents in any manifest, shipping instruction, or storage request.
- Improper Handling or Disposal: Requesting services that involve unsafe handling, illegal disposal, or non-compliant transit of hazardous substances.
- Interference with Safety Protocols: Bypassing, tampering with, or ignoring Deliveri safety guidelines or attempting to conceal violations.
- Non-Cooperation in Investigations: Refusing to provide information, documents, or access requested during a compliance review or safety investigation.
Enforcement and Account Action
Deliveri reserves the right to take immediate, unilateral action in the event of a suspected or confirmed violation. These measures may include:
- Immediate Suspension or Restriction of Services: Deliveri may suspend, restrict, or terminate customer accounts without prior notice, and withhold in-transit items or scheduled services.
- Investigation Hold: Deliveri may pause services and retain custody of goods pending internal or external investigations into suspected violations.
- Termination of Account: Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination, without reinstatement or refund.
- Legal Escalation: Deliveri will cooperate with regulatory and enforcement authorities where criminal or civil liability may arise.
Right to Refuse or Withhold Service
Deliveri expressly reserves the right to:
- Refuse acceptance, storage, or delivery of any item suspected of containing hazardous materials in violation of our standards.
- Withhold or destroy materials determined to pose an imminent risk to safety, without liability to the customer.
- Impose administrative or cleanup fees in the event of a violation resulting in damage, contamination, or operational disruption.
Customer Responsibilities
All customers must:
- Understand and adhere to Deliveri’s HazMat guidelines
- Accurately identify, label, and package all hazardous materials
- Promptly cooperate with all safety inquiries and audits
Failure to meet these responsibilities constitutes a violation of Deliveri’s Terms of Service and will trigger the actions outlined above.
No Waiver
Deliveri’s failure to act on any violation shall not be construed as a waiver of rights under this policy. Enforcement may occur at any time, retroactively or in real-time, based on Deliveri’s discretion.

Hazardous materials pose a real and immediate risk to people, infrastructure, and the environment. Deliveri holds the absolute right to protect its operations and will enforce this zero tolerance policy with full authority to suspend or terminate accounts, detain shipments, and pursue legal remedy where appropriate.
